Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automobile Technician to join our team at Patterson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Tyler. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing cars and light trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and diagnose vehicle issues using computerized diagnostic tools
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Repair and replace damaged or worn-out parts
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and industry developments
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in automotive repair a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role; Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram experience a plus
  • Proficient in the use of computerized diagnostic tools and power tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
