Computed Tomography Technologist

As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and monitoring patient progress, identifying sudden or subtle changes in a patient's medical condition, and delivering regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members. You will also begin treatment and monitor doses, respond to medical emergencies, and care for patient needs throughout their recovery in the Med Surg unit. Additionally, you will maintain patient records, create and implement effective care plans, and possess good interpersonal and organizational skills. You will work with detailed, confidential material, and have computer experience. You will also be able to follow directions and work with precision under pressure, maintaining sensitivity, maturity, and flexibility in coping with difficult situations.
Requirements
CT tech certification, two years required to apply for unit specific, COVID vaccine, and BLS certification. You will also possess good interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to work with detailed, confidential material, computer experience, and ability to follow directions and work with precision under pressure. You will maintain sensitivity, maturity, and flexibility in coping with difficult situations. You will also have critical thinking skills and excellent communication skills.
