Maintenance Coordinator Job Description

Caz Recovery is seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the performance of facilities and maintenance services for our properties. This role involves troubleshooting, repairs, and supervision of maintenance assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and coordinate maintenance and repairs of building electrical facilities and systems, heating, ventilation, and cooling systems, boilers, and plumbing systems.
  • Perform mid-level technical maintenance and repair tasks as appropriate.
  • Provide supervision and training to Maintenance Assistants.
  • Recommend and develop policies and procedures to improve and maintain facilities and properties.
  • Conduct regular physical inspections of agency properties to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and oversee resolution of routine maintenance problems.
  • Oversee and coordinate routine maintenance activities, including snow removal and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Two-year college degree and at least three years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid New York State driver's license.
  • Preferred licenses or certifications in plumbing, fire safety inspection, HVAC, electrician, building inspection, or other relevant areas.
Salary:

$25.25/Hour
