Primary Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Communication Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Abilities: Robust analytical skills for interpreting data and delivering constructive feedback.
  • Detail Orientation: Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Standards Familiarity: Preferably knowledgeable about ISO 9001/AS9100 D standards.
  • ANSI-J-STD solder certification is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Competent in reading and interpreting technical documents such as blueprints or schematics.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Focus and Mechanical Aptitude: Must be adept at identifying flaws or deficiencies in finished products or materials. Basic math skills are essential for measuring, calibrating, and calculating specifications in quality control testing.
  • Other Requirements: Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings and blueprints; utilizing calipers, micrometers, rulers, gauges, and other measurement tools. Conducting various inspections, including receiving, in-process, and final inspections.
Required Education and Experience:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or quality within a military manufacturing context.
