Position Overview

The Cake Decorator plays a vital role in our establishment by showcasing exceptional cake decorating skills, adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards. This position is essential for crafting visually stunning and delectable cakes and desserts that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize creative and artistic talents to design and decorate cakes and desserts.
  • Ensure all creations meet the high standards set by Fourteen Foods and the Dairy Queen brand.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in cake decoration, ideally in a high-energy bakery or restaurant setting.
  • Proven creativity and artistic flair in cake design.
  • Familiarity with various decorating tools and techniques.
  • Strong time-management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in following recipes and instructions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in the primary language(s) of the workplace, with fluency in English being essential for certain customer service roles.
