Achieving True Self is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a critical role in delivering evidence-based treatment to our young clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individualized treatment needs
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans to promote skill transfer and progress
- Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and supervisees
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely data collection and treatment records
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensure as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst
- Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and good driving record
