About the Role

Achieving True Self is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a critical role in delivering evidence-based treatment to our young clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individualized treatment needs
  • Design and implement behavior intervention plans to promote skill transfer and progress
  • Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and supervisees
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely data collection and treatment records
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Licensure as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst
  • Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and good driving record
