- Maintain Excellence: Sustain a clean, organized, and secure workspace while fostering a positive and proactive team culture.
- Tackle Challenges: Address and minimize representative errors through coaching and development initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Significant experience in managing warehouse operations and leading dynamic teams.
- Expertise in warehouse management systems and transportation software.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Oracle, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- The capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, time management, team building, problem-solving, and implementing corrective measures.
