About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Associate to join our clients team in Boston. This role involves handling all aspects of employment litigation, drafting employment policies and agreements, and providing counsel on HR-related compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination, leave, wage and hour disputes, non-compete, and breach of contract matters.
  • Provide employment and HR-related counseling, advising clients on compliance with complex employment laws and regulations.
  • Draft and review employment-related policies and agreements, including employee handbooks, employment agreements, and separation agreements.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and deliver compliance training to employers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop strategies for managing and mitigating employment-related risks.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts.
  • 4 years of employment litigation experience in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings and prioritize competing responsibilities.
