About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer, PE to join our team at Tetra Tech. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership on a variety of civil and utility-related public infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cross-service line support for site civil, water, and industrial wastewater projects, communicating directly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Serve as lead engineer on unique infrastructure projects for government clients, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Design and develop utilities, civil, and stormwater piping systems, pumping systems, and site improvements for buildings, parking, recreational facilities, and related government public works infrastructure.
  • Perform water resources engineering for surface water management systems and stormwater collection/conveyance systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Write technical specifications and reports, and stay up-to-date with new and innovative approaches to solving civil engineering assignments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Master's preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in civil or environmental field, with a strong background in water resources, stormwater, and civil engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License in Florida required, or able to obtain within one year.
  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with team members, clients, and external organizations.
