Weis Markets is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions filled, while also building profitable business and script growth through recommended clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Supervise the work of Pharmacy Technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with medical-related issues and providing healthcare counseling.
  • Assume management responsibility over the pharmacy in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and cycle counts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (BS) or Doctoral degree (PHARM.D.) in Pharmacy.
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
