We are seeking a highly skilled RN - Patient Care Manager to join our team at University of TN Medical Center Home Care Services- Hospice. This is a Weekend position, working Friday 4:30pm-Monday 8:00am.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Inspire a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Ensure Staff Success by providing orientation and support to ensure job performance excellence.
- Liaise with Stakeholders to facilitate effective communication between staff, patients, and the medical community.
- Compliance and Regulatory expertise to ensure adherence to hospice policies, procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Quality and Safety focus to promote a culture of excellence in patient care and staff well-being.
- Problem Resolution and complaint investigation skills to address complex issues.
- Staff Education and training to promote health and safety awareness and regulatory compliance.
- Minimum 4+ years of full-time experience as an RN or equivalent required.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice and one year of clinical experience.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
