Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Mission Command Engineer/Integrator to join our team at Qualis Corporation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotics, systems integration, and mission command systems, with experience in leading multi-functional teams and developing test plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successful integration of HMIF Common Controller
  • Leading Controller Integration
  • Work/interface with and support DoTmLFP stakeholders across the HMI enterprise
  • HMIF Common Controller interface requirements development, design, transition plan stakeholder coordination
  • Advising, coordinating, scheduling, and remaining abreast of engineering and technical support activities applicable to the Common Controller sub-system development and capability integration
  • Provides integrated, multi-disciplinary solution recommendations for resolution of technical problems
  • Participates in the development and execution of test strategies
  • Ascertains HMIF Common Controller Technology readiness Level
  • Participates in Common Controller budgetary discussions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Program Management related field of study
  • Ability to work on, and/or lead, multi-functional/multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to develop test plans and lead testing execution of HMIF Common Controller at system level as part of the HMIF systems of systems
  • Application of DoD acquisition process, authoring DoD acquisition documentation including systems engineering plans, and Performance Based Specifications

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with DoD 5000 acquisition lifecycle processes
  • Superior writing skill inclusive of developing technical system-level specifications
  • Excellent communications skills including the ability to generate and deliver focused briefings on complex topics to senior leaders

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required
