Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Industrial Staffing Services, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Center Nurse Executive to maintain adequate nursing coverage and ensure safe patient care.
  • Effectively utilize existing staff and resources to minimize overtime and agency personnel.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, assessment, and development to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Investigate patient/family complaints and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.
  • Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
