Groundsperson

At Hilton Grand Vacations, we're seeking a highly skilled Groundsperson to join our team. As a key member of our Maintenance and Engineering Department, you'll be responsible for ensuring the property grounds are well-maintained and visually appealing.

• Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as directed.
• Maintain the property grounds, including basic landscaping and overall cleanliness.
• Transport and use of tools, materials, and supplies as required.
• Remove trash, remove and reinstall trash dumpsters.
• Remove dust, dirt, grease, and waste material from surfaces.
• Dig holes, ditches, and trenches.
• Maintain detailed record-keeping in English for logs and inspection sheets.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior grounds or landscaping experience.
• Experience maintaining and using tools and equipment.

• Competitive salary range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour.
