We are currently seeking experienced Armed Security Associates for part-time weekend shifts in the Greater Boston area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough interior and exterior patrols of assigned properties.
  • Maintain a visible security presence to deter potential incidents.
  • Monitor and analyze CCTV footage.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, providing necessary assistance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Document daily activities through detailed Shift Logs and Incident Reports as required.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and the public.
Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 21 for armed positions.
  • Successful completion of pistol qualification is required.
  • Possession of a valid Massachusetts License to Carry.
  • Professional attire, including dark-colored suits, is mandatory.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive screening process, including drug testing and background checks.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of verified experience in law enforcement, military, corrections, or private security.
  • Experience working with children and young adults is preferred.
  • Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills are necessary.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and work environments is required.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to navigate stairways.
  • Quick and professional response to assistance requests.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly pay starting at $27.00.
