Nurse Practitioner

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as ordered by physicians and maintain accurate records.
- Lead and guide nursing assistants and orderlies to ensure efficient and effective care.
- Assist physicians with rounds and provide support during physical examinations and treatments.
- Perform treatments and document patient care according to facility policies.
- Adhere to infection control measures and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
- Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- CPR certification and ability to work well with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
