As an ambassador, you will be the face of our studio, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key objectives will include:
- Greeting guests with energy and enthusiasm, setting the tone for a positive visit
- Assisting the front desk team with administrative tasks and member inquiries
- Leading studio tours to showcase our facilities and services
- Engaging with members and prospects to drive retention and growth
- Collaborating with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
