• Conduct high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for various roles within our organization, including warehouse, customer service, office, and sales teams.
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates, maintaining a robust pipeline of talent.
• Leverage referrals and build meaningful relationships to enhance recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience in Human Resources or recruiting is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for job fairs and recruitment events.
