Job Title: Director of MEP

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of MEP to lead our Engineering Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing MEP systems for commercial, pharmaceutical, institutional, and other related buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement MEP design basis and present conceptual designs to clients.
  • Prepare work plans and proposals to respond to RFPs and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of MEP engineers and technicians to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain and improve existing MEP systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience designing MEP systems for commercial, pharmaceutical, institutional, and other related buildings.
  • BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • P.E. license in PA.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
