Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Recruit, select, and onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks and programs.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide HR support to management and employees, including answering questions, providing guidance, and offering advice on HR-related matters.
  • Conduct performance management, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Manage employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Seven (7) + years of human resources generalist experience.
  • PHR or Human Resources Certificate preferred.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry and/or residential treatment field preferred.
  • Subject matter expert on federal and state specific employment and wage and hour law.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Joint Commission and state regulatory requirements as it relates to Human Resources.
