Job Opportunity: Maintenance Technician 2

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician 2 to join our team at PDS Tech Commercial. In this role, you will be responsible for performing general repairs and maintenance on plant facilities, office spaces, and equipment, covering a range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant facilities, office spaces, and equipment.

  • Utilize your expertise in carpentry, plumbing, painting, machine repair, and electrical systems to ensure efficient and safe operations.

  • Manage trash collection and recycling, including emptying bins and operating commercial vacuums and floor buffers.

Requirements:

  • Experience: High School Diploma with at least 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician.

  • Skills: Basic understanding of vacuum, electrical, hydraulic systems, and general maintenance methods. Strong electrical skills and problem-solving abilities.

  • Attributes: Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize. Must work well independently and in a dynamic environment.
