• Location: Wixom, MI
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate with internal growth opportunities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Soccer Trainer to join our team at TOCA Soccer Training. As a Soccer Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality soccer training sessions to players of all ages and skill levels. Your passion for soccer, combined with your ability to create a welcoming and engaging environment, will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

• Deliver soccer training sessions to players of all ages and skill levels
• Develop and implement training plans that cater to individual player needs and goals
• Build and maintain relationships with players, parents, and coaches
• Meet with the TOCA Training Manager to track performance and forecast program commitments
• Participate in ongoing trainer education and experience improvements

• Youth, collegiate, or professional soccer coaching experience
• Prior experience providing private, one-on-one training sessions is preferred
• Background playing in a club, college, or professional setting is preferred
• Desire to work cooperatively and effectively with different personality types
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
