Key Responsibilities:
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will provide vital support to the Senior Logistics Manager and collaborate closely with the Program Office APML/Deputies and LEMs across a comprehensive range of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements.
- Assist in Maintenance Planning, MTA/MRC/MIP Development.
- Engage in technical writing for shipboard operations.
- Manage PRL accounts effectively.
- Support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across various organizations, including IMRL, SE, P&P, Tech Data, etc.
- Conduct Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).
In addition, you will perform various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and enhancement of weapon systems supportability and/or maintainability programs and information systems. This includes:
- Providing analytical assessments using DECKPLATE/Vector and/or OARS (shipboard).
- Addressing logistics and maintainability programs, collaborating with logistics and maintenance control organizations on issues such as:
- Technical evaluation and identification of logistics requirements and resources for weapons systems.
- Development of logistics support and maintainability plans.
- Systems acquisition requirements analysis.
- Budgetary and financial analysis and control.
- Life cycle cost analysis and management.
- Standardization and compatibility of weapons systems hardware and software.
- Planning and execution of ILS/R&M program tests and evaluations.
- Management analysis of ILS/R&M programs.
- Collecting, compiling, analyzing, investigating, researching, or applying logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data and information.
- Developing, modifying, preparing, or validating documentation related to automated logistics or maintenance data reporting systems and management information systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Acquisition, Logistics Management, Business, or Management.
- Alternatively, five (5) years of experience in acquisition logistics support, operational logistics support, or maintenance engineering in support of the DoD may substitute for the degree.
- Proven ability to conduct IPS studies, analyses, and evaluations in support of DoD weapons systems/equipment.
- Experience with IPS elements throughout the entire life cycle of a weapons system, both AIR and SHIPBOARD.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data packages in Excel.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance.
