Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott at Exit 407 in Sevierville/Kodak, TN. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Process guest arrivals and departures in a timely and efficient manner
• Verify guest information, room rate, and selection of room(s)
• Code electronic keys and provide guests with room keys
• Assist guests with reservations and requests in a friendly and professional manner
• Field guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction
• Anticipate guests' needs and consistently exceed their expectations

• Guest service experience preferred

• Hotel experience preferred
