Position Summary
As a vital member of our team, you embody the spirit of collaboration. Your daily routine involves surveying the premises and addressing any tasks that require attention. With a strong focus on attention to detail and quality, you ensure that all items are in their designated places. Your role includes assisting the housekeeping team with physically demanding tasks and responding to the needs of both associates and guests. You are naturally inclined to identify and retrieve items that may have been left behind.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular rounds throughout the facility to maintain cleanliness in public areas, promptly addressing any disarray.
  • Assist the housekeeping team with heavy lifting and urgent requests.
  • Utilize your observational skills to report lost or found items, as well as any signs of damage or necessary repairs.
  • Efficiently operate laundry machinery to ensure linens are cleaned thoroughly and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Facilitate smooth laundry operations by notifying supervisors of equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, or damaged linens.
  • Manage the disposal of soiled linens and trash, including flipping mattresses and rearranging furniture as needed.
  • Deliver professional and courteous service, remaining attentive to guest inquiries and facilitating additional assistance when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all public spaces, guest accommodations, storage areas, and administrative offices.
  • Transport supplies and service items to guest rooms upon request.
  • Polish metal fixtures and furniture to uphold the aesthetic standards of the property.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Success Factors
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for driving roles).

  • Minimum of six months experience in a housekeeping role.
