Director of Rehabilitation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Rehabilitation to join our team at Greenlife Healthcare Staffing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our rehabilitation therapy team and ensuring the highest level of care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Develop and implement rehabilitation therapy programs to meet the needs of our patients

⁠ ⁠Supervise and mentor rehabilitation therapy staff to ensure excellent patient care

⁠ ⁠Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

⁠ ⁠2 years of experience in a rehabilitation therapy setting

⁠ ⁠Valid license or certification in the state of practice, if applicable

⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and leadership skills

⁠ ⁠Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times
