Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Process customer orders accurately, adhering to established ISO procedures.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Engage with sales team members to align on customer expectations, pricing, and product samples.
  • Handle customer interactions related to complaints concerning pricing, delivery, product quality, and returns.
  • Coordinate with the accounting department regarding the setup of new accounts, credit limits, and credit holds.
Qualifications
  • Experience with ERP software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills with a quick learning ability for new systems.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
