Chiropractic Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced Chiropractic/Physical therapy front desk professional to support our Highland Wellness Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of patients, handling phone calls and scheduling appointments, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

• Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records
• Provide accurate information regarding clinic policies and procedures
• Process payments and maintain financial records
• Assist with case management and resolve any issues that may arise

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Familiarity with coding software and other computer programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
