Job OverviewAs a Hotel Desk Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Quality Inn South.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest check-in/check-outs, verifying guest identity.
  • Respond to and resolve guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Secure payments and adjust billing as needed.
  • Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, and local attractions.
  • Process night audit, running daily reports, and communicating with the next shift's staff.
  • Complete cashier and closing reports, counting the bank securely.
  • Accept and record wake-up calls, delivering them to the right department.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all guests and proprietary information.
  • Communicate any emergencies, lost items, or theft to the proper staff or authorities.
  • Report maintenance problems, accidents, and safety hazards.
  • Keep contingency lists in case of emergencies and communicate necessary messages.
  • Protect company assets and comply with all quality assurance expectations.
