Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at PTI (Polymer Technologies Inc.).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect Quality during Manufacturing: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure that products meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • First and Last Shot Part Inspection: Inspect parts at the beginning and end of the manufacturing process to ensure quality and consistency.
  • In-Process Inspection: Conduct regular inspections throughout the manufacturing process to identify and address any quality issues.
  • Manufacturing Process Audits: Conduct audits to ensure that manufacturing processes are in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Control of Non-Conforming Product: Identify and control non-conforming products to prevent them from entering the production stream.
  • Preform Visual Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure that they meet quality standards.
  • Team Support: Provide support to teammates as needed to ensure that production goals are met.
Requirements:
  • Professional Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, and customers.
