Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Endocrinology Physician to join our team at Driscoll Children's Hospital. As a Pediatric Endocrinologist, you will play a vital role in providing family-oriented care to children and adolescents with diabetes and endocrine disorders.

About the Position
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology
  • Eligible to hold an unrestricted Texas medical license

The ideal candidate will have experience in the treatment of growth, adrenal, thyroid, and puberty disorders, as well as obesity, insulin resistance, and disorders of low bone mass and calcium metabolism. You will work closely with a team of advance practice providers, diabetes educators, nurses, medical assistants, and social workers to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide patient-centered care to children and adolescents with diabetes and endocrine disorders
  2. Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  3. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
  4. Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in pediatric endocrinology
