Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the development of a tailored Plant-Specific Technology Plan.
- Execute capital projects, typically under $2 million, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with technical resources to identify and implement the Most Effective Technology (MET) for operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain a value-driven Plant-Specific Technology Plan (PSTP) that optimizes operations.
- Act as a liaison within the business's network of improvement engineers, sharing insights and best practices.
- Provide technical support for root cause investigations as required.
- Strive to achieve business objectives related to Asset Capability and Mechanical Reliability.
- Assess the impact of various projects on customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
- Analyze asset utilization and cost data to prioritize reliability opportunities.
- Participate in advanced troubleshooting efforts and mentor colleagues in these skills.
- Engage in plant health studies and contribute to corrective action implementations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of five years of experience in refining or chemical manufacturing operations.
