Job Summary:

As an Addiction Therapist at ADDICTION AND MENTAL, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to individuals struggling with addiction. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, evaluate and integrate assessment findings, and develop treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address addictive disorders
Develop and implement treatment plans that integrate 12-Step Programs and Principles
Manage caseload, documentation requirements, and treatment delivery responsibilities
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social or Behavioral Science required
Professional licensure required
Two years of working experience in addictions treatment preferred
Ability to work in a cooperative manner with co-workers, managers, clients, and prospective clients
