About the Role
Indotronix International Corporation is seeking a highly skilled RF System Performance Specialist to join our team. As an RF System Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing hourly and daily service measurement data to optimize the LTE network.

Main Responsibilities:
Represent the team in feature-related projects, new node integration, and other centralized tasks by meeting deliverables and holding other parties accountable per project plan.
Troubleshoot hardware and performance problems independently or by coordinating with other teams.
Evaluate and improve areas of poor coverage by identifying system performance problems.
Report issues to appropriate engineers and resolve customer service issues, assisting in implementing solutions and collecting drive test data in support of performance evaluations and build program prioritization.

Mandatory Skills:
Diagnostics messaging collection with applications like QXDM and understanding of log masks to apply for desired message collection.
Post-processing and analysis of drive test data using tools like Actix Analyzer and/or TEMS.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Desirable Skills:
Knowledge in geographic information systems like MapInfo, Google Earth, ArcGIS, or other relevant software.
Experience with packet capture software like Wireshark or Netscout.
Experience finding interference sources using spectrum analyzers and directional antennas.
Expertise in integrating and optimizing Ericsson LTE eNB/gNBs.
