Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Equipment Technician to join our team at Stabilus. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex machinery. You will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with production supervision and other teams.

This is a 12-hour shift position, working on a 3-2-2-3 schedule (three days on, two days off, two days off). Training will take place during the day shift, and we offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery, using your knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems
  • Work collaboratively with production supervision and other teams to ensure efficient production operations
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, using SAP-PM software

Requirements:

  • Degree in electronics, mechanical, or military equivalent
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in electronics, mechanical, or military fields
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
