Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy services to students with communication disorders and disabilities in a school district located in Newville.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Deliver therapy services in both individual and group settings to promote effective communication skills.
  • Collaborate with the education team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and provide support to students.
School District Information

The SLP will be working in a part-time capacity, 3-5 days a week, for 24 hours per week. The position is available to start as soon as possible and will continue through June 2025.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
  • Active Virginia SLP license
  • Experience working with children in a school setting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 annually based on experience, comprehensive health and dental insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
