TFI Family Services, Inc. is looking for you

We are in search of a dedicated full-time Therapist to join our team. A master's degree in social work or a related discipline, along with experience working with children and families, is required. We will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

A Day in the Life of a Therapist

As a licensed therapist, you will work with children and families who have faced trauma, are experiencing relational conflicts, and are navigating daily challenges. Our therapists benefit from national trauma certifications, enjoy flexible scheduling, and utilize a range of evidence-based practices. TFI offers in-house clinical supervision to enhance your clinical skills. You will provide in-home individual and family therapy to those facing issues of abuse or neglect.

What We Seek

We are looking for compassionate individuals who are eager to learn and committed to improving the lives of children in our community. Ideal candidates will have the ability to expand their clinical skills and deliver high-quality services to vulnerable families. Licensure through the BSRB or eligibility for licensure at the time of hire is required. Candidates should possess the knowledge and skills to conduct diagnostic interviews, develop treatment plans, and implement effective clinical interventions. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
