Job Title: Contractor Special Security Representative

At InDyne, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contractor Special Security Representative to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our classified information and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide security oversight and ensure compliance with all Performance Work Statement (PWS) directive requirements for the Secure Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF)
  • Manage and implement security programs for Collateral, SCI activities, and interface with all levels of management and Government customers
  • Administer/Implement/Manage/Audits security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material
  • Develop/implement/manages security policies, procedures, processes, and best practice standards specific to program requirements
  • Conducts or supports internal company and/or other customer security assessments
  • Participates in technical meetings with internal/external customers
  • Assist security incident/violation investigations and formally reports investigation results
Requirements:
  • Must currently possess and maintain a DoD Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility, which includes U.S. Citizenship or U.S. naturalization
  • DoD M IA Workforce Certification, IAM I approved baseline certification, CompTIA Security+ CE (preferred) if the CSSR fulfills the ISSO role as well
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License
