Hawaii Coffee Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in Cypress, Texas. As a Barista at Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii, you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, taking orders, and accepting payments.

You will also craft and serve high-quality beverages and food, including hot drinks, specialty cold drinks, and gourmet foods. Additionally, you will engage with customers to build enduring relationships and provide a captivating experience.

• Welcome customers and inform them of new items and specials
• Answer questions, accept orders and payments, and seek feedback to resolve complaints
• Learn brew methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques
• Prepare and serve beverages and foods
• Clean and restock dining areas, empty trash, and sanitize equipment and utensils
• Take inventory and replenish items in display cases, at tables, and behind the counter

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional listening and communication skills
• Committed to customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Efficient, organized, and calm during high customer volume
• Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation
• Able to work peak hours, including nights, early mornings, full weekends, and holidays
• Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred
• Physically agile, dexterous, and able to lift minimum 40 pounds

• $10.00 to $12.00 an hour + tips
• Part-time work available
