Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Inspect the quality of work performed by technicians and ensure that all repairs meet the highest standards.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers to resolve vehicle problems and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and train technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Work with the Service Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and repair techniques and provide technical guidance to technicians as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Lexus automotive technician and at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Must achieve 8 ASE certifications within 6 months of hire.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
