About the Role:
As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by writing new property and casualty insurance policies from leads provided by the agency.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of new products and rules in the industry.
- Provide accurate underwriting and ensure all documents are received and e-signed by clients who have purchased insurance.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced insurance professional with a proven track record of success in sales. The ideal candidate will have a P/C License and prior experience in the insurance industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
