Compensation: Based on experience, starting at $30 per hour; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to pediatric clients, diagnosing and addressing various communication challenges.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies to improve speech and language capabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment and optimal progress.
  • Maintain precise and current documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and relevant records.
  • Engage in team meetings, professional development, and continuing education to enhance clinical expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid license to practice Speech Language Pathology in North Dakota.
  • Demonstrated clinical proficiency in evaluating and treating pediatric speech and language disorders.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary therapy methodologies, tools, and resources.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
