Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, developing the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a management role.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and master the knowledge and skills necessary to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
  • Develop strong customer service, sales, and marketing skills.
  • Gain experience in finance, operations, and leadership.
  • Establish relationships with customers and partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate.
  • At least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position.
