We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an After Hours Triage Specialist. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to our patients and their families, utilizing your expertise in telehealth and triage services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide After Hours Triage Services: Answer phone calls, conduct telephonic assessments, and provide symptom management and resolution to complex issues.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with the Clinical Operations Manager and Director of Clinical Services to ensure excellent patient care services.
- Deliver High-Quality Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including comprehensive, routine, and as-needed visits, while maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to HiCare's mission, vision, values, and policies.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate in an effective and timely manner with team members and staff, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Meet Performance Metrics: Ensure adherence to performance metrics, reporting concerns to the immediate supervisor, and actively seeking out and implementing evidence-based practices.
- Education and Experience: Graduate of a registered nursing curriculum (ADN required; BSN degree or higher preferred) with 2 years' experience in a healthcare environment or equivalent position.
- Skill and Knowledge Requirements: Ability to exercise independent sound judgment, provide unsupervised health care services, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, and possess intermediate knowledge or aptitude to operate a computer.
- Competitive Pay: $42.00 per hour, with a $4,000 sign-on bonus (conditions apply).
