Position Overview:
This role is integral to the efficient functioning of the Prospect Development and Research division. The Coordinator will work under the guidance of the Executive Director to enhance the management of gift officer portfolios by adjusting assignments to maintain an optimal balance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Prospect Research team in crafting concise biographies for events and preparing briefing materials for various functions.
2. Ensure the integrity of data by regularly updating and maintaining prospect records, facilitating timely and accurate updates for CRM users to enhance fundraising efforts.
3. Interpret and execute record updates in accordance with established protocols, ensuring precise modifications to the database.

Additional Duties:
The Coordinator will also assist with budget management and reconciliation tasks for the department.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree is mandatory. Experience in higher education advancement is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with constituent relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong adaptability to new systems are required. The candidate should demonstrate a commitment to accuracy and timeliness in CRM updates, possess a growth mindset, and uphold the values of collaboration, respect, alignment, future focus, and trust.

Specific Skills:
Attention to detail is crucial, along with the ability to consistently perform tasks with high quality. Strong reasoning skills are necessary to determine alignment with established guidelines. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and discretion, are essential for maintaining confidentiality.

Communication:
Exceptional oral and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
