About the Role

As a key member of the Psychiatric Assessment Team at Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients and their families. Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments for new patients to identify their mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote understanding and empowerment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health care.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, plus applicable licensure.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting, with direct experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations.
  • Completion of de-escalation training within 30 days of hire.
