Position Overview
We are currently seeking Assemblers to work in a dynamic production environment, specifically focused on the assembly of surgical instruments utilized in laparoscopic procedures. This role involves collaborating with a team on a production line, performing repetitive sub-assembly tasks, and ensuring smooth transitions of products between team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize small hand tools and fixtures to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and precision in all assembly work.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Essential Skills
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Strong dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Familiarity with small hand tools, including tweezers and screwdrivers.

Work Schedule & Compensation
+ 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:45 PM - 10:45 PM - $19.50/hour
