• Prepare a variety of menu items, including meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables, using standardized recipes and kitchen equipment.
• Assume 100% responsibility for the quality of the product served, ensuring that all food meets our high standards.
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period.
• Portion food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area, including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, and refrigeration equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid ServeSafe Food Manager Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
