Behavior Therapist

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs with our patients and their families under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor.

• Provide direct treatment to patients in a 1:1 or group environment, exceeding our clinical quality standards.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity, reviewing and implementing Clinical Supervisor feedback during each treatment session.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues, providing a safe and supportive environment for all.
• Maintain accurate and timely records, adhering to HIPAA requirements at all times.
• Represent our organization professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders, adhering to our policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass our initial Behavior Technician Training program, including a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is preferred.

Treatment may occur in various settings, including the patient's home, our center, schools, communities, or via telehealth. As a Behavior Technician, you will work in environments that are both indoors and outdoors, moving between different locations throughout the workday.
