Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Full-Time Home Caregiver with CNA/NA certification to join our team at Ho'okele Home Care. As a caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
  • Provide medication reminders and ensure adherence to the care plan.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client care activities.
  • Monitor changes in clients' conditions and report findings adequately.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation when needed.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned to support the client's quality of life.
Requirements
  • Current and valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • Experience in the healthcare or home care setting is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR and First-Aid certification (must not be online certification).
  • Reliable transportation is a must (company car provided for work-related travel).
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
  • Health Clearance / Physical Exam within the last year.
  • Proof of 2-Step and current TB clearance (within the last year).
  • Must possess a smartphone and access email.
  • Vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a medical or religious exemption.
